Blakely is the type of guy that if you saw him walking on the street, you’d think he owned his own outdoor clothing shop.

He reps hoodies, sweaters, hats, joggers, athletic shoes, and has that vibe of someone who is confident, but not cocky.

He’s a cool cat.

Once the handshakes and hellos are taken care of Blakely is all about efficiency and effectiveness. He knows how to run teams, coach employees, and mentor people. He outlined a sharp, detailed, organized, and thorough 30-60-90 for me.

Better than any ‘onboarding’ outline I’ve had at any previous job. He is a bar-raiser and someone most people would be lucky to work with.

He cares about doing stuff right and about his employee's career progression.
